Local Tips
A quiet Seto Inland Sea beach on the Tamano Peninsula with calm, warm water and pine-backed sand. The beach faces west toward the Kasado and Shiraishi islands. Combine with Kurashiki Bikan (30 min) for a beach-and-culture Okayama day. The prawn and octopus from the local fishing port are excellent at the port-side restaurants.
