Local Tips

Takamatsu Castle is one of Japan's three great sea castles — originally built directly on the Seto Inland Sea with the moat connected to the tidal water. The surviving turrets and gates are original. Combine with Ritsurin Garden (20 min by tram) for a full Takamatsu historical day.
